BASF Executive Anne Berg Inducted into Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., Oct. 8, 2024 — BASF’s Anne Berg, Vice President of Manufacturing for Agricultural Solutions Americas, has been honored with induction into the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Hall of Fame. This prestigious recognition celebrates her as one of ten outstanding female leaders in the manufacturing sector, highlighting her significant contributions while also promoting and inspiring other women in the industry.

With 28 years of experience at BASF, Berg has occupied various manufacturing leadership positions across multiple countries, including Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the United States. Stationed in North Carolina, she currently oversees agricultural product manufacturing across North and South America, managing a team of over 500 colleagues. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in community organizations and initiatives that advance the role of women in manufacturing.

Inductees into the WiM Hall of Fame are nominated by their peers and selected by a judging panel from WiM’s executive committee and leadership. The recognition is given based on their advancement of women in the manufacturing sector.

The induction ceremony was held in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 6, 2024.
