Calhoun County E911 Becomes First to Launch Ryzyliant’s Solution with INdigital NGCS Support
Calhoun County E911 has reached a major milestone as the first in the United States to implement Ryzyliant’s revolutionary EDGE™ platform, integrated seamlessly with INdigital’s Next Generation Core Services (NGCS). This partnership signifies a substantial advancement in providing agile, reliable, and community-focused emergency response capabilities.
This deployment is a pioneering achievement for Calhoun County, which is among Georgia’s smaller Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) operating with two positions. Furthermore, it represents INdigital’s third live NGCS customer in Georgia, highlighting the company’s commitment to enhancing public safety infrastructure throughout the state.
As the NGCS provider for Calhoun County, INdigital guaranteed the smooth delivery of 911 calls while integrating Ryzyliant’s EDGE™ platform into the Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet). This integration, featuring Ryzyliant’s hybrid cloud-hosted solution with local survivability, offers unparalleled resilience, efficiency, and security.
Ryzyliant’s EDGE™ platform simplifies the management of emergency calls with integrated functionalities such as NG9-1-1 call taking, mapping, and computer-aided dispatch (CAD). Leveraging INdigital’s dependable NGCS circuits, the system promises rapid response times and compliance with continuously evolving NG9-1-1 standards.

The company also provided essential database services and implemented Texty, which enables text-to-911 functionality for the county.
