With an impressive background of over three decades in leadership within the financial services sector, Mike has been instrumental in driving TAPCO’s growth and innovation in consumer lending since he joined the organization in 2017.
As the Consumer Lending Manager, Mike expertly led transformative strategies that resulted in an impressive loan portfolio growth exceeding $289 million. His efforts not only expanded TAPCO’s market reach but also solidified its reputation as a trusted financial partner in the community. Through his collaborative leadership style and vast expertise in consumer and real estate lending, Mike has effectively aligned TAPCO’s lending products to meet the ever-evolving needs of its members.
Mike’s broad experience encompasses roles in branch management, retail sales, and insurance. His proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams and achieving record-breaking production milestones underscores his ability to implement data-driven solutions that foster growth and profitability. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Western Washington University and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Shoreline Community College. Additionally, he is licensed through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and possesses extensive certifications in insurance sales.
